Grand Coast Capital Group Funds a $3.8m Commercial Deal in Rochester, NY

Grand Coast Capital Group recently financed an experienced commercial developer/operator out of Rochester, NY. The $3.8M loan was used to refinance existing debt and complete renovations on a 27k SF four story mixed-use property in downtown Rochester. The first and second floors are 75% occupied with retail and office tenants. The borrower is in the process of redeveloping the third and fourth floor shell space into 14 loft style apartments. Grand Coast Capital Closes a $4m Commercial Bridge Loan in Maine
